海南省清明节祭祖
我会于2017年3月31日至4月7日，联合泰国，马来西亚宗亲组团远赴海南省出席清明节祭祖活动。
祭祖团由会务顾问林猷冠和第一副主席林诗美带领，共有30位理事，会员和家属参加，包括会务顾问林鸿图，名誉主席鸿任等。
3月31日 - 早上7时35分乘机飞往海南省，于11时抵达美兰机场，受到海南林氏总会热情迎接。入住海口新奥斯罗克酒店。在酒店享用午餐，自由活动及休息。晚上出席由海南林氏总会的设宴招待。
4月1日 - 早餐后前往旧州岭祭拜暹公；再到永兴镇永茂岭祭拜裕公，参观海口比干妈祖文化园；享用海南林氏总会的午餐招待，过后由乡亲带领前往万宁市参观豪宅和享用丰富晚餐。晚上8时回返海口酒店休息。
4月2日 - 早餐后退房，乘坐旅游巴士前往文昌市，入住文昌凤凰城大酒店；午餐后自由活动。傍晚出席文昌市林氏大宗祠接风宴。
4月3日 - 早上前往林放书斋林氏大宗祠参与祭祀仪式。过后享用林氏大宗祠于龙园酒店的丰富午宴。晚上在孔庙前观赏由新加坡琼剧团呈献的琼剧表演。
4月4日 - 早餐；自由活动或各自回乡拜访。
4月5日 - 自由活动。
4月6日 - 早餐后退房；回返海口；自由活动。
4月7日 - 早餐后退房；从海口乘机回返新加坡。
All Souls' Day (Qing Ming lie)-Ancestor Worship in Hainan Province
From 31st March to 7th April 2017, the joint delegation of the ancestor worship group, formed by clansmen with families from the Hainanese Lim Clan Associations of Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore, went to Hainan Province, China to participate in the ancestor worship activities of the Qing Ming Festival. Our delegation Led by Advisor Lim Joo Kwan and 1st Vice-chairman Clarence Lim Tee Moui, consisted of 30 council members and families, including Advisor Lim Hong Too, Honorary Chairman Lim Hong Yiew et.
31st Mar 2017 At 7:35am, the group flew to Hainan Province of China; arrived at Meilan Airport at 11:05am and received a warm welcome by the Federation of Hainan Lim Clans' Association. Checked in a 5-star Hotel; had a delicious lunch in the hotel; free and easy. In the evening, the group attended the welcome dinner hosted by the Federation of Hainan Lim Clans' Association.
1st Apr 2017-After breakfast, the group proceeded to worship our grand ancestor Siam-gong at Jiu-zhou Ridge, and Yu-gong at Yongmao Ridge of Yongxing town. Thereafter, the group visited Bi-gan Mazu Cultural Park at Haikou and enjoyed the delicious lunch hosted by the Federation of Hainan Lim Clans' Association. The local villagers brought the group to visit their mansions in Wanning ity the group enjoyed a delicious dinner and returned to the Haikou at around 8:00pm.
2nd Apr 2017 - After breakfast; checked out the hotel; the group took a tour bus to Wenchang city; checked in Phoenix Hotel. After lunch, it was free and easy. In the evening, the group attended a welcome dinner hosted by the Wenchang Lim Ancestral Hall.
3rd Apr 2017- In the morning, the group participated in the ritual ceremony conducted at Lintang Study Building. Thereafter, the group attended the luncheon at Dragon Garden Hotel hosted by Wenchang Lim Ancestral Hall. In the evening, the group was entertained with Hainanese opera performance presented by Qiong Ju Society of Singapore in front of the Confucius Temple.
4th Apr 2017- After breakfast, it was either free and easy or visiting relatives and friends in countryside.
5th Apr 2017- Free and easy
6th Apr 2017 Checked out after breakfast; returned to Haikou; free and easy。
7th Apr 2017 Checked out after breakfast; returned to Singapore from Haikou.
